Now, if a user declines a Visitor Agreement, he or she will be presented with a notification that acceptance of the agreement is required Fixed – Sending Copies of Visitor Agreements In previous versions, if a visitor elected to receive a copy of their signed visitor agreement, and the NDA Recipient Email option in iVisitor is not configured with an organizational email, the visitor would not receive a copy of their signed agreement. Now, the visitor will receive a copy of his or her agreement when requested, regardless of the NDA Recipient Email value. New – Pending Approvals Visitors on iPad In the previous version, if a visitor was Pending Approval, he or she would automatically appear on the Scheduled column of the Reception page. This would allow a visitor to check in, either with a reception user, or, by attempting to sign in at the iPad without official approval. This version includes a new feature, preventing visitors from appearing on the Reception page if they are requiring approval New – Disallowing All Walk-Ups on iPad A new feature has been added to prevent walk-up visitors from displaying on the Reception page. This feature is similar to current workflow available in the HTML kiosks. New – Searching for Approved Visitors on iPad The iPad now considers Approved Visitors when determining a matching pre-registered visitor. In the event an Approved Visitor supplies his or her information on the iPad, they will be presented with the “Is this you?” screen, indicating that a matching visitor record has been found for the supplied information New – iPad Badge - Charlie A new badge template has been added. This badge is a derivative of the Alpha badge. While the Alpha badge explicitly states “ESCORT REQUIRED” along the bottom of the badge, this new badge is smart enough to determine if an escort is truly required, based on the parameters of the visitor details. If a visitor does indeed require an escort, this field will continue to read “ESCORT REQUIRED”.
