## What is iVitals?

Heart vitals provide critical information about the health of your heart to medical professionals. Having access to up to date and a large record set is key to managing patients. This app aims to provide easy access to patients to record blood pressure and view history. At the same time your doctor can view your records as soon as they are added to the app. Having access to your data medical professionals can review, update treatment plans which will likely result in better medical outcomes for yourself. 

Blood pressure records can be added and managed via our smart phone apps and also directly on www.ivitals.net 

We take privacy seriously and hence we do not collect any of your medical details, social security numbers, medicare numbers, etc.. All we need is your first name, last name and date of birth so that your medical professional can search and add you as their patient. Although it is optional it is recommended to provide your email address at the time of registration. Email can later be used to reset your password.

You can’t even create a new account on this app! The birthdate field doesn’t display a chooser or a keyboard and you can’t even paste in your birthdate- you always get an error on that field so no way to create the account. I went on my computer and tried to send a message to their customer service team and that form doesn’t work either!

I’m assuming somebody’s 12-year-old son put this app together, because it really doesn’t work at all. It’s impossible to enter your data to set up an account because of a multitude of bugs that I’m not going to try to describe here. So who knows how the rest of it works because I can’t even get into the darn thing. Don’t waste your time. Oh and when you go to their website and try to enter your information into their contact form, that also produces multiple unknown errors for no reason —there’s nothing missing from any fields, but it just forces you to go in circles. I’ve been an IT for 25 years so I know it isn’t me and I know it isn’t my fully updated iPhone. It is totally them. So, there is no way to contact them either. Thus there is nobody supporting this app and nobody who cares if it works or not.
