I paid 34.95 and Ivory Gem refused to trade for another or give me a store credit. I was offered 15$! I commented on their Facebook and of course it was deleted and I was blocked. The sweater was brand new and was damaged the 1st hour I wore it! Please save your money and BEWARE ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Pathetic customer service *2022-05-12, version 2.16.19* Not only were they slow to respond to an order that required a change, but after I received the wrong order they were rude and abrasive to cover up their lack of a timely response. They went as far as the owners husband calling my phone and calling me poor. Very strange, kinda sad really. Not exactly adult behavior. I wasn’t able to return it so I’m stuck with a shirt I can’t wear. It was expensive. I still kept shopping because I figured things happen. I just ordered a shirt last night and accidentally hit the wrong size I immediately tried to change it only to get a email saying I couldn’t cancel or change it. I don’t understand why I should bother preauthorizing when I’m not going to get it anyway..?! I never had that happen with other boutiques so it’s confusing to me and pretty disappointing too. I emailed customer service and never received a response.
