IvoSmile is a powerful communication and consultation tool for dental professionals. It offers the possibility of giving patients a very lifelike preview of the proposed esthetic outcome before any plans are made or the treatment is carried out. 

Reduce your treatment time and expense and swiftly present the envisaged result directly on the patient in live mode. The app features augmented reality technology to give patients an impression of their own face showing their new smile in the “virtual mirror” of an Apple iPad (recommended) or iPhone.

Pictures speak for themselves: As a result, dentists have less explaining to do, patients can make an informed decision and laboratories know exactly what to do! 

Offer your patients the possibility of actively determining the treatment outcome. Real-time 3D visualization allows the patient to compare before-and-after pictures.

Apparently, this app can integrate with 3Shape but there are no instructions on how to do that. 
Also does not work if you want to shorten your patient’s teeth.
