I paid for 1 month today and it charged it to the previous month even though I’ve never used it before and now asking me to upgrade for 3 months? Not sure how Apple are letting a company like this operate on their format

Don’t waste your time and money, Apples App Store shouldn’t allowed to sell this app because it’s doesn’t work, I purchased one year option as other shorter time option not available only pushed you to opt for minimum one year, after downloaded the app it just keep on spinning with loading and the app froze and can’t press any functions, simply don’t work and no one to contact for help, I just requested Apple App Store for refund let’s wait 2 days and see if I get my money back
