The apps freeze up, close, both of them. I’m not able to watch videos after downloading; If the file is 30 seconds it will download when I’m testing it, but when I’ve come home and have videos and pictures to watch, the apps freeze up. Also the brand new glasses with the adjustable camera is great; The battery on the one I have is dead after about 40 min; They will surely send me another pair with the 1 1/2 hr battery that it’s supposed to have; 40 min & 120 min is a big difference. I’m going to hopefully get a refund. If the app can be fixed and the battery do what they say; Then great; I’ll get one, but don’t sell me something experimental. Sorry, but I just want my money back!!! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2020-07-31, version 1.0* The app wouldn’t pair to my iPhone X or iPhone 8. Thought I had a defective pair of glass but I got a replacement and it didn’t work on the 2nd pair. I thought certainly the iOS version is better which is the case with most apps. On iOS couldn't get the app to respond after opening. Have to do better iVue. The glasses capture great video and sound but are bulky and not very comfy on my face. Probably send them back. I open it and it's already frozen most of the times. Download that one. Go to settings (wrench icon) and sync the time. Then change the WiFi name to something else than Ricon. Then download the IVue ricon and all starts to work.
