They make it very easy to transfer money to their “high yield” CDs, but if you ever want to transfer that money back to your original bank, they will put every obstacle in your way. I will never use them again.

I used to do this every few months and that option does not work anymore. Please fix.

App feels like it’s just a mobile browser, not sure how they call this an app.

Bigger problem is the undisclosed transfer limits. Nowhere in the account opening disclosures tell you limits on transfers (incoming: $6k daily, $25k monthly. Outgoing: $25k daily, $100k monthly). This is totally unacceptable to not disclose at account opening.

Will file BBB complaint but please beware!

All the services seem to be there but non are easy to complete opening accounts or transferring money in/out without running into issues.
