## What is Ivy Chan Wellness Community?

Most wellness spaces will tell you to breathe deeper, eat cleaner, and push through.

This is not that.

The Circle by Ivy Chan Wellness is built on an entirely different premise: That your body already knows. That the exhaustion, the disconnection, the sense that something is missing — these are not problems to fix. They are messages. And learning to hear them changes everything.

This is the home of The Birthright Method — a framework that draws on Ayurveda, plant medicine, and Sufi healing traditions to work across body, mind, and soul. Not as separate categories. As one whole.
