### 5/5 — Does the Research So You Don’t Have To!

*2026-03-18*

I rarely write reviews, but this app genuinely deserves it.

If you take supplements and actually care about what you’re putting into your body, this app is a game changer. It goes way beyond the label, breaking down ingredients into what’s actually beneficial and what might be questionable or unnecessary.

What I love most is the depth of insight:
1. Real user feedback from people who actually take the supplement
2. Independent, third-party testing info (including heavy metals analysis)
3. Verification of certifications… not just marketing claims slapped on packaging
4. Clear breakdown of positive vs. negative ingredients

It basically does all the research I don’t have time to do, and presents it in a way that’s easy to understand and actually useful.

I’ve already changed a few of my supplement choices because of it.. and I feel much more confident about what I’m taking now.

Highly recommend if you want transparency and real data, not just hype.
