I’ve been starting to use this app everyday to track my stress and to see how often I’m stressed out throughout the week. I love the fact that the whole purpose of the app is to help people with their mental health without trying to charge them for it. Highly recommend using this app because it’s a great way to try to help improve your mental health ✌🏻
