What should have took a minute to complete took 20……ridiculous and not user friendly ### 1/5 — Log in *2026-03-09* It doesn’t let me log in. The screen never changes. When I tried to create an account, I kept getting an error. ### 1/5 — NOT user friendly *2025-09-01* Admittedly, I am not great with computers, but this site is awful to figure out. I have asked several coaches how they do it and many say “I just schedule all my matches to be away so I don’t have to deal with it”. I spend a lot of time calling the help line. No face or thumb access seems obvious vs having to log in every time. Making changes via app is tedious.
