Personnel laissant toujours ses partenaires sans réponses, par contre ils vous harcèlent quand il ont besoin de quelque chose. Ils n’écoutent pas les demandes de leurs clients.
Très mauvaise plateforme.

Невозможно с приложения позвонить пассажиру и скопировать номер тоже нельзя, это появилось где то в декабре 2024. Верните обратно как было, зачем сделали приложение хуже

Очередной хитромудрый сервис под секретным названием как «кинуть всех» ! В данной конторе вы будете возить еще дешевле, чем предлагает заказы агрегатор Яндекс.Такси. Все нормальные или как принято говорить у водителей «жирные»заказы, будут отдаваться только «ПРИБЛИЖЕННЫМ»водителям, даже невзирая на то, что вы этот заказ взяли и система его за вами закрепила. Вам позвонит диспетчер в лучшем случае и расскажет сказку о том, что заказ был тестовый, клиент передумал, любой предлог что заказа у вас нет. А ваш заказ повезет исключительно ИХ водитель. Тысячу раз советую вам подумать о том стоит ли работать с данной компанией….

Приложение переодически глючит вылетает. Не дает закрывать заявки. 
Что хочется сказать о самом iway! Это самая жадная компания в Росси по трансферу для водителей. Есть куда более добросовестные компании.  50% от стоимости заберет себе. Если вам что то не нравится. Вам все ровно не заплатят правы или нет. Штрафуют быстро. А когда доходит дело до выплат за работу. Не дождешься. То листа нет маршрутного, хотя он есть. То клиенту сумку не помог до машины дотащить от зала ожидания. Или не донес багаж до подъезда.  Если задержался рей а ты уже стоишь ждешь клиента. Твои проблемы тебе не заплатят. Завернут так что ты сам не отследил рейс. Хотя есть фла-радар и там меняется время мгновенно. И будешь стоят ждать 2-3 час. А если уедешь или откажется от заявки тебя оштрафуют не по-детски! Припер заказ 600₽ а штраф 5000₽. Не рекомендую для сотрудничества!
