The watch itself is of a good build. Looks premium and works great however this app struggles to match it. There is no integration with apple health, no option to record weight changes and the alarm system is basic with no way of specifying work days.  On the plus side data capture and charting is pretty good. Hopefully the app will get better with time.

Can’t get out running mode told to hold on the flashing foot and will revert to counting steps apart from that seems good just want it to calculate my waking not seeing me as running

Why hamper the watch with so little software? Yes it is nice starting the heart monitor from the program but why not do EVERYTHING? Start the BP, graph swimming, biking, and running. Choose the exercise from the program.  If the program could control the watch better, it makes the watch more valuable. I bought the product but I can’t recommend it to friends and family because it isn’t easy enough to monitor activity. 

Also take the BP monitoring with a grain of salt. My actual BP machine differs substantially in reading.

Часы x9plus , в инструкции сканирования кода предложена эта программа, все функции работают кроме звонка и смс! И пишет что « нет сопряжённых устройств « хотя до этого написало « успешная синхронизация»!!!!!

I wish this app was better. It won’t let me adjust the time to 12 hour setting. Keeps saying it’s failed. Constantly looses connection and the app sounds this horrible loud alert that it's dropped. It just doesn’t do all the things it claims it can.

Синхронизация-это какая- то магия, которая то происходит, а то пропадает...
Зачем в приложении кнопка измерить пульс, если она не работает???
Ребята займитесь обновлениями!!!!!!

血壓血氧無法在App上運作 看不出量的時間 睡眠狀態分析的很差看不懂55.5小時到底是幾個小時 只有心率是可以在App上運作 請改進 參考一下wearfit 2.0 昨晚睡的不錯 但app顯示我睡了170.3小時 深睡8.2小時 淺睡162.1小時 這是什麼睡眠分析 難道我是白雪公主。所有的血氧血壓心率都沒有測量時間 不知是新的還是舊數據 硬體很好 但軟體app是我用過最爛的 計步功能數據時有時無 到底那個功能是正常可用的

This app is disappointing compared to Garmin Apple and several others that aren’t big names.  This one needs more information for the sleep section I mean movement hours actually asleep surly if it can measure HR and BP it can do a better job at the sleep. Also sedentary reminder there needs to be a way to change the time that’s obvious!!

Hab meine Uhr mit dieser App versucht zu koppeln. Ging nicht. Hab nach anderen Apps des Entwicklers gesucht, "iband" geladen und Koppeln klappte sofort. Uhr läuft einwandfrei. App und Steuerung einfach, intuitiv. Dann 5 Sterne.

Parts of the app don’t work. Steps do not display and the App Support? all in Chinese!!!

The watch is great but the app really lets it down. Wish we could have the choice of which app to use so we could pick one that works! What is the point of having the superb watch paired with an app that is useless?

The watch is paired, but still it does not receive or shows any calls/sms messages received, same for whatsapp messages.  It worked fine for couple of months in the beginning, now it doesn’t 😷

This is the worst. I would rate this as 0 stars. The watch links to the app but the app doesn’t do anything. It won’t even set the time. Why even publish an app that doesn’t work at all.

My iwear batery drain runs out too fast even though the bluetooth connection is not activated, it can only last 6 hours of battery power goes out immediately.. The green sensor light does not work properly..

Товарищи, это же тихий ужас, а не приложение. Разрабы, вы сами то им хоть пользовались??? На часах такая ересь отображается при входящих звонках и смс на телефон. Без пол-литра не разберёшь. Хоть часы назад сдавай. Желаю вам включить мозг и доработать приложение. Удачи!!!

Наймите нормальных разработчиков, зачем нужен аватар пользователя если его нельзя сменить, интерфейс недоработан, постареешь пока найдешь где будильник, как настроить время и тд.

I got my device yesterday, installed the app on my iPhone and it worked for about an hour or two. In an attempt to edit my profile, I uninstalled the app & reinstalled it. However, the device has not been identified by the iPhone since then. I turned off the phone, checked the wifi & Bluetooth yet nothing has changed. Pls help

Un App semplice con funzionalità base come conta passi , indicatore di consumo calorie , niente di che per il prezzo non paragonabile all'apple wacht , e' compatibile con iPhone 6s con l'aggiornamento IOS 10.3.3 , scarica l'applicazione i-wear ,...Ti avvisa con vibrazione è un leggero suono se qualcuno ti chiama e messaggi (sms & whatsapp ) non sono leggebili dall'orologio!!! Comunque se uno si vuole togliere lo sfizio e spendere poco lo consiglio 👍🏻
