Not to mind you, you need to access the camera in able to open or close the door. Thankfully the door stoped working while it was open or I would return to 10 well done birds after my vacation. Hopefully a predator doesn’t stop by either for a free meal. Until fairly recently, I have found it exceptionally clunky. Just of late, something has happened to 1st of all cause it to crash and then when I manually reset it by unplugging it, the camera magically responds to this App. There are still problems but it’s miles better of late. I opened one pack for familiarisation and was instructed to download this app. Unfortunately the instructions beyond that didn’t work and after several attempts I still cannot view any camera images. There does not appear to be any online help or FAQs in the app. I get the message “Request service” but clicking on that just opens a new message window saying “request service” I would expect something more useful than a repetition of the message. What service? How? Because of the setup and app failings I cannot access any of my cameras. I would rather buy a quality product that actually works. I must say this was the easiest cam I have ever installed. I read a lot of reviews with people having problems and giving poor reviews well listen up! (First connect to your local network in your WiFi settings, it will tell you that there’s “no” internet connection, at this point stop ,touch nothing for 3 minutes during this 2 or 3 minutes the camera and app will configure, pair, and come online all by there selves.just give it the time it needs, no more than 3 minutes. It has a really good picture. Give it a try!!!!
