## What is iWide?

Islandwide is the most robust, large and important courier company in Puerto Rico. As part of the Company's support for the current situation,Islandwide created “iWide” application, which is a technological platform that allows Puerto Rico population to contract delivery services in the Island in a completely digital way.

You can create Pickup Location, Delivery locations and use them to create an order to send a package from the Pickup Location to the Delivery location. 

Also, you can saw your package status.

We installed the app in an ipad and registered it.  We validated the account and when entering the user name and password it said “The username (Email) doesnt exist”. We installed the app in my iphone, registered, validated the account and when entering the tracking number the screen stayed blank. NOTHING HAPPENED! This is supposed to be a robust service? Please take care of this.
