I have installed the Goldmedal I-Touch model switch for a client, but it is not functioning correctly. It works with Alexa and iWorld Very slow Work, but some switches frequently go offline. Despite multiple complaints, my issue has not been resolved. It seems like a defective switch, and I urgently need a solution. I have been facing this problem for many days, and the client is insisting on returning the switch. Please provide assistance at the earliest. Compatibility with LED Drivers is very bad, specially with dimmers. Please check before buying or the switch/dimmer will be redundant. Customer support is not trained properly and need time to revert on any support request you may have. Hopefully they will learn and improve in time. Till then better to stay away.
