It appears that this app hasn’t been updated in over 4 years. The app is very buggy and won’t even let you log in or enter agency codes to be able to access service requests.

This app will not upload images from my iPad. I hit the files button and the app quits and deletes everything I have entered up to that point.  I’ve brought this issue up and nothing has changed as of 4/7/22

Have been trying to input the agency code to search the city I live but there's no reaction to the app at all. Tried log in by Google but it was failed many times.

this app has a long way to go to be decent and im disappointed my city chose this developer.  the i put fields do not auto resize and clip if you type beyond the text field.  selecting the upload from camera option crashes the app.  sometimes it will not take a submission.  even the menu drop down items numbering is out of order.  amazing concept, i just wish the developer would be more active.
