The phone numbers provided were not of my booked hotel — they were for some other hotels located in Mumbai. Because of this, I was unable to contact the hotel for confirmation before reaching. I immediately contacted Ixigo customer support for help. However, their support team was highly unresponsive and unprofessional. Every time I called, they only said that they would update the issue or get back to me, but no proper response, no correction, and no resolution was ever provided. As a customer, this created unnecessary stress, confusion, and inconvenience during my trip planning. Providing incorrect hotel details and then failing to offer timely customer support is completely unacceptable for a travel booking platform. Ixigo seriously needs to improve its booking accuracy and customer service.
