Now I’m constantly stuck on a “please wait” loading bubble so I can’t actually do ANYTHING on the app. Very helpful, as you can imagine, not being able to use my banking app at all anymore. Also, it would be nice to get actual real-time notifications for withdrawals and things instead of just emails, aka something I only check a few times a day at best. I feel like Ixonia Bank is always operating years behind everyone else when it comes to technology and convenience. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-03-24* Every time I come on this site whether it’s app or on the computer something goes wrong. On the app I have to change my fingerprint ID recognition like every other time I go in. I was forced to change my password AGAIN. And then freezes again so I can erase!!! This is beyond frustrating!!!! The deposit I put in was for $2,200 not $220 Pls fix this ### 1/5 — Dislike new mobile deposit *2023-02-18* Since you closed the actual bank branch in my area, I am dependent on mobile deposits. Having to type in my email address for every single check deposit just so that I can get an emailed receipt which I will immediately delete is frustrating.
