Currently, when multiple recurring bills post on the 1st of the month, they appear scrambled in a jumbled chronological timeline. It is common sense to scan monthly expenses from A to Z rather than hunting all over the screen. This simple quality-of-life feature would make tracking multiple bills so much cleaner! In addition, add scrolling bar to Online Guide so we can click on the instructions in the bottom area. ### 4/5 — Add A-to-Z sorting to Daily Log *2026-06-29* It’s a great, simple and easy to use app. Please add an alphabetical sorting toggle to the main Daily Log screen. La suppression des recherches avancées instantanées a été, pour moi, un manque, même si les rapports les ont remplacées : les deux auraient tout à fait pu co-exister. I have been using it for 14 years! ### 3/5 — Poor *2026-03-18, version 10.5.0* I’ve just upgraded the app (18 March 2026) and now found issues in the pdf reports produced ! - The entries no longer display the ‘memo’ details, - The account to each individual entry was passed - whether it was a credit or debit card entry etc - Receipt copies appear distorted I have used this app for many years and this upgrade is definitely a step back ! But no longer. ### 2/5 — Mittlerweile nervig *2025-11-01* Bisher war es eine super App. Jetzt wird bei jedem Start der Hinweis gezeigt, dass es nicht synchronisiert wird. Es fehlt das Abo. Echt nervig. Und ich brauche es auch überhaupt nicht. Man soll sich so lange darüber aufregen, dass man es abschließt. Если проблема сохраняется после обновления, свяжитесь с нами по адресу support@ixpenseit.com, и мы с радостью поможем вам. ### 1/5 — KOMPLETTER DATENVERLUST nach fehlerhaftem App-Update *2026-04-17* Nach dem heutigen App-Update ließ sich iXpenseIt Pro bei mir gar nicht mehr starten, und die unausweichliche Neuinstallation der App führte dann zum KOMPLETTEN DATENVERLUST, da auch die Pro-Version nicht mal ein Minimum an Datensicherheit bietet und die Daten z.B. nicht in der iCloud sichern lässt. Nur mit einem teuren Abo kann man sich bei iXpenseIt Pro gegen Datenverlust schützen. Eine Unverschämtheit. - Und vielleicht war das fehlerhafte Update ja sogar ABSICHT, um alle Nutzer auf das Abo zu bringen… **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues and lost data following the update—we understand how frustrating this is. But no longer. ### 1/5 — LOST DATA *2025-12-12* was my Goto for my account data for years. All of a sudden, while making an entry today and after the recent iOS update (which might have something to do with it) I’ve loads FIVE YEARS OF ENTRIES. I’ve been reluctant to pay-for-yet-ANOTHER-subscription for this for a whole. Now I’m kicking myself I that I didn’t, or I just used a different app! I’ve emailed but Ai reply was taken as such. Sorry but I’m not sure who to be angry at but I am fuming. ### 1/5 — Used to be good *2025-12-05* I am using the app since ~2009. It used to be a good app, but recently it started showing an annoying pop up every other day: "Secure & Sync Your Data - Upgrade to unlock premium features and save time on expense tracking" I own a PAID version, and NO, I don't want iCloud syncing! Gonna rate 4 or 5 stars once the annoying pop up stops showing up. ### 1/5 — Bait and switch *2025-11-11, version 10.3.2* I bought iXpenseIt Pro several years ago and now am being forced to subscribe. ### 1/5 — Skip *2025-11-01, version 10.3.1* Was a great app, I paid for pro yet I’m somehow not grandfathered into cloud back ups (which cost the dev nothing since it uses iCloud). Now it just harasses me to pay for syncing every 10 min. ### 1/5 — One click error caused Auto-Backup to initiate?!? *2025-10-23* Apparently, if you were to accidentally tap on an old backup file (I was aiming for a PDF file next to that), it doesn't ask you if you intended to do a backup, no 'Tap Yes to proceed' prompt whatsoever, nope! It went straight to replacing my entire ixpenseit database with that old file in 1 second. 'Backup restored - please restart app' What?!?!? I did not ask for this! I tapped it by error! And it installed the backup - effectively erasing months and months of hard work updating my budget. And when I read Support on how to manually backup, it showed many steps one has to do, NONE of which happened to me. Unbelievable! Is this your idea of service?? Erase my data in one second without asking me to authorize? WOW!! So disappointing. I will definitely be searching for a new budget app after being a loyal customer for 17 years.
