L’inscription est plus que chaotique. Un jour les e-mails de confirmations n’arrivent jamais un jour ça fonctionne. Et quand ça fonctionne , il nous est demandé un code d’inscription dont nous ne disposons pas. Si on ajoute que le QR code n’était pas accepté sur la borne que j’avais ciblé et bien ça fait une appli inutile et des bornes de recharge inutilisable. Bravo EDF.

Application complètement nulle sur laquelle on ne peut pas s’inscrire. On reçoit un code par mail pour validation de l’adresse mail. Ensuite on nous demande un code d’inscription ! On ne sait pas où on peut se procurer ce code. Et on ne peut pas avancer plus loin sans ce code. Je ne suis pas prête d’utiliser cette application !!!

Je confirme qu’à l’image des autres utilisateurs, j’ai tenté de créer un compte et je suis resté bloqué sur une fenêtre demandant un code privé sans lequel il est impossible de continuer le processus … et bien sûr il n’y a aucune explication quant à l’obtention du code…. Vu que ce problème date depuis la conception de l’app et qu’elle a été mise à jour il y a 3 semaines EDF est donc u courant du problème mais ne fait rien… une honte quand on sait que toutes les bornes à Lyon sont des IZI il faudrait les faire enlever et remplacer le prestataire
