When you send money they hold up the money and ask you to send send many documents and now will charge you to refund. Stay away from them. It’s been over a month now and they haven’t given me back my money

The worst money transfer app I have ever used. Thou their rate is very good but you would have to explain yourself for more than 24hours where you get your salary from. They held my money for 15-21days saying it’s under investigation meanwhile my local bank has not had an issue with my transactions. I provided them with my bank statements and payslips and yet they talk to me in a condescending manner. 
Stay away from these fraudsters, don’t be deceived by their rate. Hoping my bank helps me recover my money

I send money , hold my money.I try  to phone , the numbers are not working .
 I request refund but they refuse to refund . Ask for approve of payslips if the money belong to me . The money was not send delivered. They want to charge £10  for their services. 
Please don’t take their call . Once you pick up and will frame you up and keep holding money reference to the call they made to you. 
I am waiting for my bank to help me recover my money . 
The agent ask for their name they refused to give their name.

When send money the keep for a while to gain some money trade before sending it.

I you want them to refund your money they want to charger you . 

Scammer scammer check company house in Uk IZISend send is dissolved and director can not be trace or tracked. 

Fishy company  be careful, send money to different people and accused for wrong number or wrong money wallet number . Criminals with call center  in Asia India or Pakistan.

I downloaded this on my friend recommendation first they allow you to send money then will hold to asking more documents in meanwhile making money on your money. 
Their help line number is fake not going through even not mention that it only works on specific time. 
If you need any further documents why you deduct amount why don’t mention before transaction go through 
I am trying to contact my back how to get my money back.

so be careful to using these apps if you need to send money urgent. Use reliable apps

This app is online based with many support numbers. U can also use through the website. It’s actually Remitco on uk company’s house if you want to search it up.

This app was so easy to use and I was able to send my money REALLY fast with a really good rate and I had a problem the second time sending money as by my mistake I didn’t put the right name and I contacted Izi send and it was fixed straight away as it has an amazing service.
