Все упражнения показаны в качественных видео с разных ракурсов и с указанием ошибок и как их не допускать. Расчет весов автоматически, приложение само знает когда добавить вес и знает сколько. Так же прилога спрашивает как я позанимался. Я оцениваю каждое упражнение и каждую тренировку, так что подбор весов идет исходя от того насколько тяжело мне было в прошлый раз. Есть объясняющие текстовые подсказки и вдохновляющие тексты. Дизайн интуитивный и лаконичный. Видно что команда разработчиков постаралась.
