Problem start when I put money in IZiCash. Since April 2025. I never could do payment. Don’t ask about withdrawal.. my money been stuck there for months. I can use them. And each time I send message for help. Never once help with solution. Always direct, to separate payment. Until now, I hv my cash in the app. And can never use them. Useless. Padahal pembayaran awal saya pakai OVO, dimana2 kalau mau ada refund itu dibalikkan ke metode pembayaran awal. Mana ada sih refund yang bukan salah customer, dipaksa untuk buka akun bank/keuangan yang baru. Capek banget sama metode pemaksaan seperti ini.
