Даже купив подписку премиум из бесплатного мы получили только по 2 минуты вводного слова! За саму экскурсию каждый раз надо платить от 500 руб! И деньги за подписку уже не вернуть :(
Предложения работают некорректно, я нахожусь в турции, а мне предлагаются маршруты Лондона. 
Мало озвучки на русском.

На третьем шаге/клике просто закрывается. Я даже до выбора нужного региона и гида не могу дойти. 
При повторном открытии все сначала.  

Нет возможности написать вам  через приложение в саппорт. Т.к. приложение закрывается на третьем клике.

Странно, что приложение не удаляется из русского AppStore. Ведь в нем ни чего нельзя сделать. Все опции уже давно стали платными, но оплатить ни чего не возможно. Нажимая «оплатить картой РФ» вы все равно не сможете это сделать. Десктопная версия вообще не открывается. Ранее загруженное тоже невозможно воспроизвести  без покупки Премиум подписки, которую не возможно оплатить. Мрак
