Je me suis installé à une borne, comprenant deux sorties 150 kilowattheure et une sortie T2. Sur l'application, seul, les bornes 150, kilowattheure apparaissent, la borne T2 est absente. J'ai contacté le numéro d'Assistance entre midi et deux et j'ai dû attendre plus de 20 minutes. Ces trois étoiles sont pour la personne que j'ai eue au bout du fil et qui a été très claire dans ses explications. En revanche, je suis très déçu par le manque d'information sur l'application sur l'absence de certaines bornes qui sont bien actives car j'ai réussi à l'utiliser par la suite. Mais c'est un parcours du combattant pour une première utilisation déjà par le fait que si vous n'avez pas de carte d'abonnement et que vous devez payer que par carte bancaire, ce n'est pas du tout intuitif. ### 1/5 — Support inexistant *2026-07-06, version 322.20260529.1* Depuis plusieurs semaines impossible d’accéder à plusieurs bornes du réseau wiiiz avec mon badge ou l’application. J’ai écrit au support et malgré l’accusé de réception de leur service, après plusieurs semaines d’attente je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse. Par téléphone, leur service vocal est buggé et ne gère pas certaines options pour finalement couper la communication. Reste toujours l’option ’autre demande’ qui est censée mettre en relation avec un conseiller mais après plusieurs minutes un message automatique nous informe que tous les conseillers sont occupés. Cela vient s’ajouter à une précédente demande de support pour un bug de borne ayant doublé la facturation restée également sans réponse. Bref ça faisait bien dix ans que je n’avais pas vécu une expérience de support client aussi déplorable. À méditer avant de dépenser 15 euros pour un badge pouvant rapidement devenir inutile. J’avais hésité avec d’autres fournisseurs mais m’étais fié au fait qu’EDF était derrière IZIVIA, mal m’en a pris…. ### 5/5 — Pratique et facile *2026-04-29, version 321.20260216.1* Utilise depuis 5 ans pas de soucis particulier on gère bien ses itinéraires de charge et de conso ### 5/5 — Très bien *2026-04-19, version 321.20260216.1* Au niveau des standards pour trouver une station. ### 1/5 — Payer et ne pas charger *2026-04-15, version 321.20260216.1* Tu arrives à une borne , tu es en vacances il te reste 15% de batterie. Et là tu découvres (une fois avoir payer ton pass évidemment) que tu peux attendre jusqu’à 10jours ouvrés le chargement de celui ci sur ton téléphone. Et c’est normal d’après EDF ! Incroyable. Donc j’appelle le service client, au bout de 10min d’attente, aucun support autre que d’attendre le chargement du pass. Entre temps le débit est bien validé sur mon compte. Mais toujours pas de crédit sur mon compte. Bref j’ai dû repartir et chercher une autre borne, et entre temps j’estime m’être fait voler de 15€ par EDF + service client déplorable … affreuse expérience client donc à FUIR ### 5/5 — Réseau *2026-04-06, version 321.20260216.1* Il y a de nombreuses bornes et la carte sert dans nombreuses enseignes ### 4/5 — IZIVIA FAST (Mac Donald’s) *2026-03-23, version 321.20260216.1* Je recharge régulièrement chez Mac Donald’s en utilisant indifféremment la carte Pass IZIVIA ou l’application, qui ne nécessite aucun abonnement avec un tarif de 0,30€ de09h à 11h et de 15h à 17h, sinon c’est 0,35€. Est-il envisageable que l’auto-charge soit mis en place pour en simplifier l’utilisation ? ### 1/5 — À fuir, ne validez rien *2026-03-06, version 321.20260216.1* J’ai chargé l’application, créé un compte, payé une recharge, reçu la facture, mon compte est débité, mais dans l’application le montant n’est pas activé ! On est samedi j’ai dû attendre lundi pour avoir l’activation! Bien sûr je suis allé ailleurs entre-temps… Je contacte le Service Client depuis 15 jours, jamais de réponse même au téléphone. Dans trois jours, je signale cela aux fraudes car ce comportement ressemble étrangement à de l’arnaque bien que je ne pense pas que ça en soit, mais dans les faits et dans le résultat c’est tout à fait cela. ### 2/5 — Bof *2026-02-18, version 321.20260216.1* On ne voit vraiment pas bien où on est sur la carte, il manque le nom des villes, parfois aucune n’est écrite ! L’itinéraire fonctionne bien mais pour retrouver les détails de la station par exemple le prix, bon courage. Pas la possibilité de sauvegarder les stations une fois l’itinéraire affiché C’est fatiguant ### 1/5 — Attention carte et abonnement obsolète *2026-02-15, version 321.20260123.2* On paye une carte 10€ pour qu’elle ne fonctionne pas, un abonnement qui ne sert à rien et l’application est également obsolète, je n’ai réussi à lancer des charges que via leur site internet.
