## What is Izraz?

Izraz — Structured Emotional Regulation

Most people don’t struggle with emotions.

They struggle with what they do next.

Izraz helps you:

• Identify what you’re actually feeling
• Understand what triggered it
• Regulate intensity before reacting
• Express yourself clearly and assertively
• Track progress over time

This isn’t a diary.
It’s a response system.

---

Step 1: Name It

Choose what you’re feeling — angry, hurt, overwhelmed, ashamed, scared, sad — and rate the intensity.

Clarity reduces escalation.

---

Step 2: Understand the Trigger

Was it disrespect? Feeling unheard? Loss of control? Not feeling valued?

Identify what mattered in that moment.

---

Step 3: Regulate First

If intensity is high, Izraz guides you through a 60-second breathing reset before you respond.

Pause before you react.

---

Step 4: Build the Response

Generate structured:

• Feeling statements
• Clear boundaries
• Direct requests

Use AI guidance when you’re not sure what to say.

---

Step 5: Track the Shift

See your before and after intensity.
Measure emotional recovery.
Build awareness over time.

---

## Who Izraz Is For

• People who struggle with anger or frustration
• High performers under stress
• Anyone who wants better communication
• Anyone tired of overreacting — or shutting down

---

## What Izraz Is Not

• Not therapy
• Not spiritual fluff
• Not toxic positivity

This is practical emotional skill-building.

Skills beat willpower.

## Version history (last 2 releases)

### 1.1 — 2026-03-07

Smarter Expression Guidance
The AI suggestion on the Expression screen now follows the assertive communication model — an I statement, a clear boundary, and a specific request. Every suggestion is grounded in your actual core need and boundary, not generic advice.

Share With Your Counselor
Tap the share icon on the home screen to export your check-ins as a formatted report. Choose a date range (7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or all time) and export as plain text or a professional PDF — everything your counselor needs to understand your emotional patterns.

This Week at a Glance
A new weekly summary card lights up on your home screen as your week builds. See your check-in count, top emotion, and intensity trend at a glance. Tap to open a full breakdown: day-by-day activity, intensity arc, top triggers, outcome distribution, and personalized insights. It never opens automatically — it's there when you want it.

Trends on Your Home Screen
Once you've built some history, your home screen surfaces your patterns directly: your check-in streak, expression rate, week-over-week intensity direction, and most frequent emotions over time.

Your Data is Protected
This update includes a formal data migration system. Your existing check-ins are fully preserved through this and all future updates.
