They delay indefinitely , my cloths have been in a status of “out for delivery” for the past day and half not sure who is using them . And to top it all up their customer service is non existent . I have used Iztri many times and there is a deteriorating experience. Initially all great but off late i have received half pressed clothes, highly delayed delivery. Most of all there is no customer service contact so you type a message and wait for hours or even days to get a response. Plus they do not contact you in case of delays and you’re left wondering what’s the state of your clothes. This became a full time job for almost 2 days where I ended up doing 5-6 calls every day and following up. ### 1/5 — Fancy app, Unprofessional service *2026-03-17* They have a shop in our housing society where the way of operating is super unprofessional. They hardly ever meet the promise. Your clothes given for ironing are stored with them for 2 days with no work, even after the promise is for 1 day. They took 12 days for dry cleaning a blazer after promising 5 days. Even the way of operating staff is rude and clueless.
