Менеджер автопрокатной компании сказал что деньги вернут. Не вернули. В иззи рент и к тем через кого они все делают (а они посредники и делают заказ авто еще через одних посредников) дозвониться или дописаться невозможно. В итоге деньги за 10 дней арендв оставили себе полностью хотя я авто не брал ### 1/5 — Ужасная компания *2019-08-23, version 4.1.2* Никакой сервис. Машины нужной не оказалось, деньги не вернули. Mais une fois la réservation payée, si vous souhaitez apporter une modification à votre trajet, l’appli ne le permet pas. Elle vous renvoie vers un no d’assistance ou un conseiller qui parle anglais vous indique qu’il vous faut vous débrouiller avec le loueur. Quant au loueur, il vous renvoie vers l’Izzirent, et vous n’en sortez plus.
