I told him he was at wrong adress. He told me it’s not his fault what do I want him to do about it. Driver attitude was appalling had a go at me because it’s not his fault he got the address wrong. Ring the office he said I’m late for work, threating to kick. W out of the taxi. I have been spoken to like a peace or rubbish. If this is how your drivers treat there customers I’ll be looking for a new service before long! ### 1/5 — Shocking *2023-12-02, version 34.3.26* Shocking app tbh can’t even pay on card and when you try to the app crashes and you can’t order a taxi need massive improvements ### 4/5 — Useful *2022-03-04, version 33.5.27* Absolutely class to use after a night out when it’s hard to get through on the phone because it’s busy. Got a notification it would be 28mins. Turned up straight away. Got to destination and taxi driver had an error on his device so I had to pay cash when I'd opted to pay by card on the app. Paid twice. Hopeless! ### 2/5 — Poor *2015-05-05, version 10.18* Poor app as I booked a taxi and it taken me 10-15 mins waiting for one when it say 2mins for a cab.
