Driver was late, rang me telling me he was outside. I told him he was at wrong adress. He told me it’s not his fault what do I want him to do about it.  Driver attitude was appalling had a go at me because it’s not his fault he got the address wrong. Ring the office he said  I’m late for work, threating to kick. W out of the taxi. I have been spoken to like a peace or rubbish. If this is how your drivers treat there customers I’ll be looking for a new service before long!

Shocking app tbh can’t even pay on card and when you try to the app crashes and you can’t order a taxi need massive improvements

To use you need to submit new account details then wait for a code to be texted back. This never comes even waiting a day or so & trying again. 
Hence zero use as an app.

Can’t set a destination, so I need to call the office to book , sent an email to explain the App not working correctly no reply as expected.

Ordered a taxi. Got a notification it would be 28mins. Turned up straight away. Got to destination and taxi driver had an error on his device so I had to pay cash when I'd opted to pay by card on the app. Paid twice. Hopeless!

Poor app as I booked a taxi and it taken me 10-15 mins waiting for one when it say 2mins for a cab. Very poor and I won't be using again I don't think.

Absolutely class to use after a night out when it’s hard to get through on the phone because it’s busy.
Hardly ever ring up now!
