They sent my item to a city that is more than 1,000 km away from my actual address, even though the correct address was clearly written on the package. When I contacted them, their only excuse was that it was a “system problem.” How is that possible when the address is printed clearly on the product? To make things worse, it’s already been 4 days since they collected the package, and it still hasn’t arrived. With other delivery companies, the same shipment usually takes only 24 hours. This level of delay and incompetence is completely unacceptable.
