Yet in this unreliable app, I have to apply for E-commerce again for my card. And the WORST thing is their payment partner G&G Convenience Stores are completely USELESS and UNRELIABLE. In the same day, I have visited 5 G&G stores in 3 different townships (KyeeMyinDaing, ShweGonDaing, Tharkaeta) but they gave me excuses like service unavailable at our stores or system breadown,....etc. Why the service in G&G is available only at selected location and branch? It is extremely inconvenient for users. Suggestion: please partner with Fintech and other online payment option that has large userbase!!! But if I leave booking, it shows that I can’t book again. Ok, my mistake. But then when I try to buy the tickets, the visa and MPU ones both don’t work and when I call the call center for help, they were no help whatsoever and acted like it was the fault of my internet. I’ve been trying to book the tickets and now I can no longer get the seats I want thanks to the incompetence of the people who made the app and the call center helpers who were no help whatsoever. ### 1/5 — Payment *2025-04-25, version 1.1.3* Should be more flexible for payment method.and then I can’t click buy ### 1/5 — One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences – Extremely Frustrating! *2025-04-21, version 1.1.3* I’ve used this app before to buy tickets for Junction City Theaters and never had any issues. But today, I had a terrible experience trying to get a ticket for a 5:00 PM movie at City Mall Cinema. I bought the ticket at 3:54 PM, the payment went through at 3:56 PM, but I never received the ticket. I immediately informed their customer service at 4:02 PM, sent all required details and proof of successful payment by 4:05 PM. I had to follow up with another call at 4:15 PM because I got no response. They told me to “wait 20 minutes” and said they would contact the cinema. When I arrived at the cinema at 4:45 PM, I noticed that the self-ticketing machine was not turned on — I don’t know if it was shut down intentionally or just malfunctioning, but I’ve never seen that happen at Junction City. I can’t say for sure if that’s related to the issue I had, but if it was, then maybe the app shouldn’t offer ticket sales for this cinema until these issues are resolved. At the counter, the staff had no idea about any arrangement. I had to call customer service again. Once more, they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. At 4:55 PM, they told me to buy another ticket and said they’d refund me if they could verify the payment. I refused, as I had already provided everything 50 minutes ago. Only then did they ask me to hand my phone to the ticket counter staff. The staff didn’t understand what was going on, and said she had to get her senior. But I ended up waiting another 10 minutes, just because the senior didn’t come out of his office or wherever he was — even though the movie had already started and the issue was urgent. I finally got in, but the entire experience was stressful, disorganized, and unacceptable. They had all the information they needed from the beginning. It should not take nearly an hour, several calls, and on-site hassle just to access a ticket I already paid for. Very disappointed.
