Once when I pressed DONE with the countdown timer, and another crash when the receptionist keyed in the code for points. None of the staff could give me a contact number or email to management. Great way to alienate a previously regular patron ### 2/5 — not friendly to use *2018-01-31, version 3.0.9* with so many deals showing, each time i check, i just swipe right on the screen to ‘back’ to where i was previously viewing/where i last stop. i have to click on coupons again and scroll back down the whole list. it gets annoying as i have to scroll back and forth many time. can also improve in many forms of the functions avail. for eg i used the search function but there’s no ‘button’ that can bring me back to coupon page or any other page. as i said, i had to click the logo on the left that brings me back to home page. and i have to start flirting and scrolling all over again. the loading is also quite slow. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Be Wary when Buying Online *2023-09-26, version 7.0.3* The app is fine but the same cannot be said for the products they sell online. 1) They Do Not honour their refund policy I bought 10 boxes of their Matcha tea and the expiry online was different from the actual product delivered. With only 4mths to expiry i requested to refund 5 of 10 boxes (1/2 quantity) and they rejected on the basis that they have no fault. 2) Lack/No 3rd party independent review After I left a negative review on Google, their Google business page disappeared (along with my review and others). If you are buying online from them, buy a Small Quantity first to try. My mistake was buying a large quantity with incorrect expiry date and expect them to do a refund. ### 1/5 — To improve *2021-03-30, version 6.0.7* The point collected in the middle will loss on track. The apps never work on my phone before. I hate the idea that other people are touching my phone already. In this COVID day and age, it is so unhygienic.
