Including if I just try to place a carry out order. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app without success. I give up. ### 1/5 — Does not work for apartments *2019-10-19, version 2.0.0* I had high hopes for this app because I love jroos but there are major glitches with delivery to apartments. Every meal I’ve had is excellent and reasonably priced. ### 5/5 — Amazing! *2019-06-02, version 2.0.0* I have been ordering food & dining here at J Roo’s since the year 2001 & I can tell anyone who reads the Comments... the food is always hot when it arrives (by way of delivery or at table) food is always consistent meaning no matter who’s cooking it’s always fabulous & it don’t matter what time of day it is. Delivery people are always friendly & courteous. I can tell you over the 18 yrs. I’ve been eating here I have had an issue 3 times & the owners are always quick to fix it or make us happy, until my last breath on this earth I will be ordering from J Roo‘s. If you haven’t tried this restaurant you don’t know what you’re missing try it you’ll enjoy it! ### 5/5 — Love this app *2019-05-30, version 2.0.0* I love this app and this restaurant especially since adding the gluten free options. It’s so easy to order I’ve never had any issues. My only gripe is that you HAVE to pay by credit card. I travel all around New England for work and see hundreds of apps and JRoos got it right... It's beyond easy to navigate and delivery/payment method, everything is right there and organized. Whomever developed this needs to call Hilton Honors (National Hotel) and develop their app and make millions for developing it...
