I’ve got a 4X2 4K matrix. Downloaded app on 12Pro. Have tried everything I can think of. Not interested in using computer to control matrix. I’ve seen some JTech videos using App. But it’s always in demo mode. I called support, didn’t tell me anything I didn’t know and try (I’ve got a Trinnov Altitude. Kinda know what I’m doing).
