Nothing worked. Absolute scam. ### 1/5 — Bad support *2026-05-01* The light kept on turning on full blast every minute and half so I reached out to tech support by email. No answer. I called support and they couldn’t help me and said someone will call me back in one minute. Now all my time is gone and no one has reached out. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-01-04* Tried to book in advance and got some weird dev style error “null value in column “invoice” of relation “paymentreceipt” violates not-null constraint. So one, the app doesn’t work. And two, the error message needs to be customer facing. ### 1/5 — Do not use *2025-12-16* I reserved a box at JFK. The box wouldn’t open. Always says error. ### 1/5 — Amazed by how bad this app is *2024-04-19* Unusable ### 1/5 — Bad App, Bad Workspace *2023-08-23* Before downloading the app I tried to use the touch pad on the workspace to book the room to no avail. That should have been a signal to just move on but I had a meeting so I pushed through and downloaded the app hoping that would fix the problem. It’s a pretty bad app, setting up an account is a hassle since you can’t link your google or iCloud accounts. The same goes for adding payment information, everything has to be input manually so no Apple pay. Once I reserved the space I knew it was a bad idea, it’s really hot and stuffy inside, half of the outlets didn’t work and the WiFi didn’t work. It’s really overpriced for such a bad experience. I wouldn’t suggest it for anything other than a last resort. ### 3/5 — Needs a fan or air conditioning *2023-06-20* It needs a fan, air conditioning, or some kind of climate control.
