I used the “Clearer” setting and now it’s stuck on Default, ever since the last update. They gave me things to try, but of course, they did not work. I reminded them it’s happened since the update. Then it streams large amounts of data and battery for your phone. I tell them of the excellent survive and how easy it is to work with the people a jabra. When I first purchased my jabra aids I was able to send them my prescription so tha they arrive immediately perfect. I was unable to complete the pairing process. I called customer service and spoke to Caitlin. She was most patient and walked me thru the problem and resolved the issue quickly.
