Nochmals vielen Dank. ### 2/5 — Needs work. *2025-01-27, version 1.4.0* This device works pretty well, but needs work. It chirps on short high frequency sounds. The app doesn’t remember that I use “Focus”. It always defaults to “Adaptive” which is basically useless. It also doesn’t remember my last volume setting. Fixing these items would make it a much better design. ### 4/5 — Major Fail *2024-09-24* After 18 months the app fails. I talked to support multiple times. When I tried a firmware update it would not connect. New install of the app, failed . Danke noch einmal. ### 3/5 — App not updated since 1.3 in 2022 *2024-04-12* App incorrectly reports that your firmware version was up to date. On my third pair of earbuds. Second replacement received 14-March 2024. Firmware version 6.5.11 on these fixes most problems I was reporting since Aug 2023. Previous pairs returned were firmware 6.2.11 with app reporting “up to date” firmware as recent as 22-Feb 2024 before returning again for replacement. Support was helpful but apparently not aware my earbuds were at down level firmware. Device levels were supplied multiple times. There seems to be a disconnect between development and support. Cannot be sure if you are at the latest firmware. App appears to have no ongoing development resources. **Developer response:** Hello TH-Dude - Thank you for writing a review. User feedback is truly valuable to us. ### 3/5 — Left ear bud *2024-03-30, version 1.3.0* The left ear bud is not working. ### 4/5 — Diversity enhanced! *2024-03-16* Love how it amplifies the conversations so I hear & understand everything! But better still it ties in with the incoming phone calls which I can answer by tapping the button on the ear buds. Then if there’s distracting background noise you can mute the ear buds which now act like ear plugs!!! What’s really amazing is that while in mute mode you can still take incoming calls - talk on the phone and have the background noise muted!! These have “enhanced “ my marriage and made my wife very happy and help me to better understand what people at work are saying. The folks here speak very quietly and I can’t pickup on much — hence the enhancer. Also, it doesn’t do that good of a job capturing audio as one would expect. I wish I could return… but it’s too late. ### 3/5 — So so. *2024-02-08, version 1.3.0* These earbud:hearing aids work OK. They fall out of my ear however. I have tried all three sizes of caps and none stay in. So as long as I am sedentary and not talking or chewing they work OK. In retrospect knowing this I would not have bought them. They were reported to stay in the ear but they don’t for me. I can wear them for sedentary use to listen to music or podcasts, but they really have been less useful to me as an all time hearing aid. Update: 2/7/2024. The right hearing aid rechargeable battery will not charge. I bought these on Amazon. I contacted Jabra and they said the 1year warranty ( I purchased these in July 2023) is not covered because of an invalid third party purchase. Amazon won’t help, and they report that they no longer are working with the seller. I can no longer post a review on Amazon about this purchase. Be warned: Jabra does not stand behind their product and Amazon is shielding them. This feels like a scam to me and I’m out over $800. I’ll reach out to my congressional representatives to see if they can help. Aids will not stay in my ear even after all the tutorials and earbud changes, constant repetition of conversations, no change in volume from 3-10, constant echo. ### 1/5 — Terrible Company - ZERO STARS! *2025-03-14* Used these hearing aids for a few months after paying close to $800 for them. Then they stopped pairing with iOS. Recently, I saw the app stated that it works with iOS 18. Reloaded app. Reset the aids. Wasted another 2 hours trying to figure how to relink them. No luck. Tried getting information online. Nothing. Tried getting phone number for tech support. No Tech Support. Called customer support, and phone transfers to a nice young lady in India offering a discount on new products. She explains their customer support is down. This company stole $800 from me. We are here for you! ### 1/5 — I haven’t been able to use these hearing aids for over five months! Very disappointing. *2025-03-02* No way to charge my new Jabra Enhance hearing aids. I admit it. We went on our anniversary to New York City and I was wearing my Jabra Enhance Hearing Aids, but left the charging case in the hotel. My bad, but I was thinking surely I can buy a replacement charging case from Jabra, right? After over FIVE MONTHS of being told they are back ordered, I finally gave up. I went out and bought Miracle-Ear hearing aids and they are about 400% better. Well, since I cannot use my Jabra hearing aids at all, 400% might be an understatement. Support is terrible ,they just follow a script. Their final response was to just order a new pair. Like , spend another $500 for a years of service, no thanks, junk in my opinion.
