Can work perfect for a month only to not use any of your settings for the next two weeks. If it wasn’t for my job providing this to me, I’d have already dumped this and found something better. It is comfy and the build quality is good. Sound reproduction leaves a lot to be desired due to the physical constraints of earbuds. Low end frequency response is non- existent. All things considered, I do like my Jabra 75 earbuds. I love that the case carries a small powder source to keep the buds at full power, at least, until I return to a charging source. I supplemented these earbuds with a set of Status 3ANC. These are now my backup earbuds. They were expensive and the quality was great; I liked them. Then I installed this app to control them. While I was setting my preferences, I learned that you are either fired to leave their "voice assistant" enabled, or, if you opt to disable it, you are forced to install Spotify so they can force you to enable something called "spotify tap" - at this point I completely removed the app out of disgust. This is absurdly, belligerently unacceptable - I spent hundreds of dollars on these headphones and the manufacturer is literally holding advertised functionality hostage unless I agree to let their "voice assistant" run constantly to farm telemetry/advertising data from me. This is revolting.
