### 3/5 — Clearly falling out of favour.

*2022-07-04, version 3.5.3*

It’s unfortunate but it seems Jabra has stepped away from improving this app. It’s certainly a clever tool, but Jabra’s half hearted attempt at user experience design and support will leave you disappointed once you try to move beyond running. Why they haven’t enabled automatic progression through a cross-training routine, or allowed you to include cross training days in your training plan, leaves me wondering if anyone at Jabra actually works out. Having to confirm you’ve completed one exercise before the app allows you to continue is disruptive to any HIIT session. Too bad. I see the last review before this was a year ago and so perhaps others are starting to feel they’ve been abandoned. Good tech, bad execution.

### 2/5 — Outdated and basic app

*2021-12-23, version 3.5.3*

Compared with the other Jabra apps, this app is very basic and totally focused on the workout side of things. I don’t work out though, and just wanted a simple pair of wireless earphones however I’m having continuous issues with the sound quality and the balance of volume on both earbuds. The app has only the most basic settings for the earbuds which seems poor compared with the other apps, which I would use but due to model of earbuds I’ve got, elite sport, I sadly can’t.

### 2/5 — Rate App

*2020-09-27, version 3.5.2*

Keeps asking me to rate over and over after I’ve rated the app. Actually quite annoying.

### 4/5 — Screen off

*2020-08-15, version 3.5.2*

Love the app, I just wish that you add an option where I can keep the screen on while working out to track my performance, I’ve to keep touching the screen to keep it on....

### 2/5 — Qualité de son

*2020-05-15, version 3.5.1*

J’ai acheté c’est écouteurs pour option ajustement qualité de son Jabra Gn l’application me dirige à Jabra sport Life

### 3/5 — App is impressive but needs work

*2020-04-09, version 3.5.1*

First time user but i had some weird app issues. For one thing it assumed my running goal was 99999 miles, and kept updating me on the distance i needed to traveled every .25 miles or so (this was at first confusing, then annoying and finally hilarious) in the end it believes i ran 59879.01 miles, which is definitely a PR. Im no rocket scientist... but it seems like a gps issue.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with Jabra elite75T

*2020-02-14, version 3.5.1*

Not sure why they don’t work with the elite75T.... soo upsetting

### 1/5 — App/headphones don’t connect to new phone

*2020-01-29*

Finally upgraded from an iPhone 6 to an 11, and these pricey headphones don’t connect. Idk if it’s not used to something that’s not my old phone or what but I did what I used to hundreds of times before and nothing. Followed the app instructions precisely, nothing. The app itself is lame, for the Elite Sports the buttons aren’t easily distinguishable until you use it for a while (they’re both circles, why?) and unless the ear bud is drilled into your ear canal they move around if you fidget with the buttons. On their own they used to be good if not great headphones to work out with, now they’re completely unusable. Thanks for making me blow money on a new set of workout ear buds Jabra

### 1/5 — No Apple Integration?

*2020-01-25, version 3.5.1*

In this day and age not being able to have this sync with Apple Health is crazy. Earbuds are ok and app is good but not syncing to Apple Health is a deal breaker. Stuck with this pair / several years old now but will switch to Apple Air Pod Pro shortly. I actually like Jabra’s hardware better but the lack of App integration is a deal breaker.

### 3/5 — It’s ok

*2020-01-19, version 3.5.1*

It’s ok, would be nice to have options for elliptical and other CV work.
Can’t seem to connect to Apple health or aps such as my fitness pal which is fairly straight forward with other aps

### 2/5 — 4000 miles in 30 seconds.

*2020-01-03, version 3.5.1*

All only times I have used this app for running, I have run 4000+ miles within 30 seconds. Seems the gps isn’t initialized it’s something before the workout starts. All times were outside with no trees in the way. App should recognize this and fix its data automatically. My other workout apps don’t have the issue (any longer)

### 1/5 — Jabra Elite Sport

*2020-01-01, version 3.5.1*

Worst ear buds ever! The tracker works great. The sound in the right ear bud goes lower and lower. I’m sending what will be my sixth pair in due to the right ear issue. That’s right, six pairs. The right ear goes out within a few months. The latest pair lasted less than a month. There are many people out there with the same issue.

### 1/5 — Crashes on iPhone 6s

*2019-12-30, version 3.5.1*

Ever since I had my phones it crashes on iPhone 6s.

### 4/5 — Great buds

*2019-12-19, version 3.5.1*

I like my new ear buds but I would like them to be compatible with apple watch and apple health please

### 1/5 — Terrible battery life

*2019-12-13, version 3.5.1*

Maybe mines a lemon but I get 45 mins max on a full charge. Unacceptable imo

### 1/5 — New update killed my left earbud

*2019-11-29, version 3.5.1*

Headphones were working great until the newest update, now my left bud is unresponsive

### 2/5 — Ghosted

*2019-11-09*

It’s seems Jabra doesn’t care much about this division of their company although it’s the higher end of their products. The firmware and app updates are so rare that it is usually a year before we get anything but the 65t seems like it’s updated at least 2 times a month.

There’s a lot that can be done to update this app. Such as a better interface and integration of the heart app with the Apple app.

Halloween is once a year Jabra so stop ghosting the user of this app.

### 3/5 — Distance messed up

*2019-10-12, version 3.5.1*

I was out a run and it was my usual route. A 10km loop. I was enjoying it until I hear 12358km reached and now it doesn’t show my real PB achievement for longer distance and instead shows that

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — keeps shutting off (15.0.2) garbage

*2022-02-13, version 3.5.3*

jabra keeps quitting mid run / workout!!! over and over again!!!!

fix this jabra. you used to be great.

### 1/5 — Crashes instantly

*2021-06-20, version 3.5.3*

Can even open it to use it. Worked on my old iPhone but doesn’t now with my new one. Very disappointed

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2021-04-24, version 3.5.3*

Installed app but seems to crash on opening, total waste of time

### 1/5 — Difficult to use

*2021-02-01, version 3.5.2*

Not user friendly. Does not turn-off automatically when taking them out of my ears.

### 1/5 — GPS Fails Every Time

*2020-12-22, version 3.5.2*

*update: I have contacted Jabra and they will no longer update this app so your headphones are now only useful for music, no running features.

I have started using my Pace headphones with the app in IOS14 and the gps data is rubbish. First day no GPS tracking at all and I found some settings to allow gps either while using app or always. Turns out that choosing ‘when using app’ isn’t good enough even though I am physically using the app. Need to change to ‘always’ and then it found my location.
Next day I ran again and the pace and distance readout was strange. My post run data showed me moving about 5km away in an instant and my pace was 3min. Impossible. Strava app gives perfect GPS track on same phone. Just a rubbish app. Now my headphones are useless because I can’t use them to control my running.

### 1/5 — Runs stop recording randomly in the middle

*2020-08-18, version 3.5.2*

First problem:
Twice this week I’ve been running and the run has just stopped recording and ended the run. In the middle of it. I get a notification that says something like “! Jabra elite sport would like to communicate with Jabra”.

Second problem:
I can’t manually upload/export individual runs without exporting my ENTIRE workout history. So putting these broken workouts on Strava is just horrendously inconvenient.

That’s apart from the hardware issues, where my right earbud is barely able to charge.

### 1/5 — No cross trainer!

*2020-07-04, version 3.5.1*

All these great features but absolutely no support for the cross trainer! That's basic!

### 1/5 — Inaccurate App

*2020-06-01, version 3.5.1*

I’ve used these headphones for years and have never had a problem but after the last update, I have come across some problems. I can do a 2 mile run and my app is calling it 4. Don’t even use the app anymore cause it can’t seem to get my distance right. I can honestly say that I trust the Covid death toll more than I trust this app.

### 1/5 — Not that gr8

*2020-05-08, version 3.5.1*

Honestly if you can invest in a set of AirPods I bought these because I lost my pods and thought these would be better. Boy, was I wrong I found my AirPods and have not gone back i would not recommend but if you do decide to waste your money make sure to purchase the insurance plan the store gives and not through Jabra because you will not hear back from them.

### 1/5 — Great ear buds ... until they crash

*2020-05-07, version 3.5.1*

Love the fit and sound quality of the ear buds ... until they crash. Seems to be related to app upgrades. They seem to cause one bud to fade out entirely. Helps if you disable HR monitor, but not a complete solution. Wish they could make an app worthy of the hardware.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — App seems outdated

*2019-12-23, version 3.5.1*

The elite sport and app work very well but the app seems a bit outdated to me. May need a new look.

### 5/5 — Works great!

*2019-11-21, version 3.5.1*

Utilizing with my Jabra Elite Sport earbuds. Love that this is free App. No fees. No subscriptions. I’ve used it for 3 workouts... one outdoor run, one treadmill, and one cardio routine. I like the program, features, voiceovers through the earbuds. No issues so far. I think it’s great!

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2019-09-22, version 3.5.0*

I use this app five times a week to track my workouts and love it. Haven’t had any problems with the app. Small problem now with GPS tracking since downloading iOS 13, but I’m hoping this will be fixed soon .

### 5/5 — Accurate heart rate

*2019-05-20, version 3.5.0*

Similar to apple watch stats

### 5/5 — Good earphones with great app

*2019-04-16*

I’ve my pulse for a few years, I’m glad that they continue to get firmware updates. The app has come a long way and has great training features, specially for running. I specially love the ability to schedule on the go updates as well as on demand updates by pressing on the left earbud.
Love the detailed analysis of workouts, most apps require a monthly subscription to provide the same type of data.

While I still wish one could create an account for the app I’m glad to see that they’ve incorporated the ability to automatically share with Strava and Endomondo.

### 5/5 — Buds and app work perfectly for me...

*2019-03-27*

- I've been using my Jabra Elite Sport buds for a few years w/complete satisfaction. The hardware is great - I've never had a single problem. The buds fit my ears perfectly - the most comfortable (and compact) of the several I tried when shopping for a pair. I find the sound quality to be great, regardless of the few reviews I've just scanned that criticize it. The most impressive thing for me is the fitness app - I find it to actually be is best in class for my needs!👍 I find it surprising that the app provides much better analytics with the workout data provided by the earbuds than apps that are designed specifically for exercise including the Apple Activity, Nike Run, Strava and Under Armour MapMyFitness apps (all of which I've used)! I look forward to future enhancements to it - not b/c it's lacking but so it can further surpass my expectations...

### 5/5 — iPhone XS Max support thank you

*2019-02-06, version 3.5.0*

Thank you Jabra finally brought iPhone XS display support to the app. Now I feel it is more modern.

This app has all the functionalities for sport junkies like myself. Thank to Jabra, you have delivered.

Two requests for future improvements:

1. Apple Health support - so I get to see all consolidated health info from weight scale to blood pressure monitor.

2. Apple Watch app - this will help us with Apple Watch to ditch the phone while jogging and still able to collect health data from this wonderful earbud!

Thanks!!! Great job Jabra!!!!

### 5/5 — Would buy it again

*2019-02-06, version 3.5.0*

App works well for sport specific workouts. HR accurate although has occasionally dropped recording when running (probably due to vibration). Can copy data over to Strava. Really like the personal workout routines you can author which work well with the in-ear prompts. Would buy it again.

### 5/5 — **IMPORTANT** U must own the Sport Edition

*2018-12-23, version 3.4.2*

If you don’t own the Sport Edition of the Elite Ear Buds, this App will NOT work!!
I left a negative review at first, but realized after calling Tech Support I owned the Elite version, not the Sport Edition with the Heart Rate Monitor.

### 5/5 — Issues finding an iOS app to help with sound

*2018-11-20*

Issues finding an iOS app that will help to boost the audio somewhat or even apps that will allow for other audio support or integration ~ like a wider ranged equalizer function or even transforming the audio of my Elite sport audio to 3dio or 8d 3d...
