I how to he developers create one really soon. It would be very convenient for Apple TV owners. ### 2/5 — Good App, But… *2025-09-26* I like the app and when it works it is a great way to keep motivated. However, the app often crashes and won’t allow you to save your ride information. I have been using it for about a week and have not been able to save any data or record the “J” coins I have collected along the route. Therefore, I can’t level up on avatar gear or unlock new cycling environments. Also, your speed (and, therefore, your calories burned) is dependent on where you place the magnets for the sensor on your flywheel. So, there is no standardization on the workout you are getting. Hopefully a new update is coming soon that will fix these problems and improve the experience. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Thank you. ### 3/5 — New update has great graphics but I’ve lost two rides because they aren’t saving *2025-06-12* I use my Jacfit in spin class to upload my class to Strava. Since the new update it is not letting me save my rides. Hopefully they can get this bug fixed. Works great on iPhone ### 2/5 — Was working great since last update *2024-03-28* This was my go to app for workouts, have the tracker for my bike and use it daily using my iPad. Since the last update, half the tracks give an “Out of Memory” error. My iPad is not that old and has 20GB available. More fun and not as “serious “ as the other workouts but with same functionality. Very addictive if you are need motivation to workout!!!! **Developer response:** Thank you so much! I use it to record my bicycling, indoor bicycling ride, I also use it when I’m on the treadmill I have the sensor and I have the ankle sensor on your ankle and measures your walk. So the apps great in the sense that I can export my data to Strava, which is an exercise app I use, and then Strava talks to Apple health, so I get all my workouts into my Apple account which is the repository where my health records are. So it’s fun to pick out clothing and it’s fun to pick a pet to run with you. I’m not quite as keen on having to grow up the pet by feeding it and playing with it. This little device changes the dynamics of riding your exercise bike. No more boring time. No more excuses. There isn't a program where you can walk with other walkers. They are all running. I will go back to Zwift ### 1/5 — Not worth the hassle *2025-10-12, version 9.6.8* Only connects to the JACFIT speed sensor, won’t connect to cadence or heart rate monitor and works until it crashes 30s into the workout. Tried multiple times and it’s just a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Too glitchy *2025-06-20* App crashes and closes frequently. It never saves roaming run data. It says uploading file and then the app shuts down. The sensors must not keep up well because it shows I’m stopped or barely moving even though I have not slowed my pace. There’s no directions on how anything works. Also the battery life of the sensor devices are horrible and not rechargeable. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Support Experience with Jacfit *2025-01-09* I recently purchased a Jacfit device, but it has been plagued with connectivity issues from the start. I reached out to the support team multiple times via email, but I never received any response. This lack of communication has made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. Not only does the device itself have significant problems, but the absence of a customer support phone number makes it even more difficult to resolve any issues. I regret purchasing this product, as I now feel stuck with a non-functional device and no way to get assistance. It feels like a complete waste of money. ### 1/5 — Does Not Work *2024-12-30, version 8.3.6* Bought 3 sets of the equipment for Christmas and downloaded the app. It took probably a half hour to download the app. The app does not work, and the company violates their own return policy by refusing to assist in the returns. When trying to login to the app, after entering login and code we received, the app just spins and spins and never starts. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Save yourself the money and frustration and pass this one by. ### 1/5 — Misleading Return Policy *2024-10-25* If you are not satisfied and want to return within their 30 day window, prepare for a “deep investigation “. They will ask you for your device model info, RAM, storage space info, pictures and videos. I would have never purchased if I was going to be interrogated this way for a return request. Total waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Not everything works *2024-03-02* Let me just say the instructions on how to use this app could be a bit better. Additionally, if you’re trying to use any other workouts, other than running boxing cycling, your app will shut down. I numerously try to access somebody other workouts, but as soon as you download them, and try to start them, the app shut down completely. It connects but as soon as I start the treadmill, it says JM disconnected. It will connect for about five seconds and then disconnect again. This is very frustrating and I cannot get any customer help. I will probably have to return this. I can cast it to my TV and follow along! I love the walking and running. The graphics are really neat. It’s easy to set up, just a wrist and ankle strap. The fun part is you collect coins as you past other runners. 😄 and there are several sceneries to choose from. I reached out to customer service and they tried to help me with the problem. After a few attempts, it seemed that it might be an issue with the sensor. I bought this through Amazon but the return window expired. I told them about this and they sent me a brand new sensor! It now works fine. My advice: order through Jacfit website and skip Amazon.
