## What is Jacked?

Free workout logging, plus the first AI coach that's actually in the session with you, not just generating a workout card and walking away.

No menus. No forms. No spreadsheet to maintain.

LOG YOUR TRAINING - FREE

Tap-log a full session, start to finish. No subscription, no trial, no ads.

- A rest timer counts down and chimes between sets
- A live clock shows the minutes left in your session
- Every set pre-fills your last numbers, so one tap logs it
- PR trophies and progressive-overload badges fire when you beat your previous best, including matching the weight for more reps
- A finish screen celebrates your records, volume, and streaks
- Edit anything: fix a set in place, add one on the fly, or reopen a finished exercise
- Log cardio and timed work with a minutes-and-seconds keypad
- Your full training history, always visible, plus per-exercise progress charts
- Bring your history from apps like Hevy and Strong and keep the routines you want
- Set your own weight jumps for free weights vs. machines so progression matches your gym

No wall in front of your own workout log.

ADD A COACH - JACK OR KELLY

Upgrade and your coach runs the session with you.

NO MORE GUESSING WHAT TO DO
Most people show up and figure it out as they go. Your coach builds the session, remembers every set you've done, and runs the workout from first lift to last.

SEE YOUR WHOLE SESSION
Every workout opens as a live route: each lift, your target sets and reps, what you did last time, and a running estimate of time and sets left. Jump to any move with a tap.

JUST SAY IT
No tapping through fields mid-workout. Tell your coach what you did, like "10 reps at 135" or "three sets, 225 pounds," and it logs it, confirms, and moves you forward.

NO BLACK-BOX AI
Your coach tells you why. "You hit 10 clean reps last session, going to 140 today." Ask a question, push back, swap a lift, and it adapts. No mystery algorithm.

REMEMBERS YOUR ENTIRE HISTORY
Most apps store your history. Jacked uses it. When you sit down for bench, your coach already knows you hit 225 three weeks ago and tells you what to lift today.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, AUTOMATED
Crushed your last session? Your coach pushes the weight. Struggled at the end? Coach holds, and you'll get the reps next time. Set by set, no spreadsheets.

COACH REPORTS
Your coach reads back through your training and tells you what's working and what to change: a written read on your progress, not just charts.

TWO COACHES, ONE GOAL

Jack: direct, high-energy, no excuses. Celebrates every PR like it's the Super Bowl.
Kelly: warm, encouraging, genuinely excited about your progress. Makes every session feel achievable.

Both know your history, remember your equipment, and follow the same training principles.

THE METHODOLOGY

1. Progressive overload: add weight consistently over time
2. Train hard, but leave a rep in the tank. The last rep is where growth happens.
3. Sufficient protein: fuel the muscle you're building

WHAT PEOPLE USE IT FOR

- Push, pull, and lower body strength training
- Bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press, rows
- Powerlifting and weightlifting basics
- Bodyweight exercises like pull-ups and dips
- Building consistent training habits

No program to follow. Just lift.

### 5/5 — Jacked AI > Trainer Creep

*2026-06-16*

Jacked is my new best friend. I want a gym girlie body, but I hate the gym. I need direction and accountability, but I can’t handle gym bro trainers. With Jacked my coach Kelly keeps me on track for less than a cocktail. It’s pool season. You need this app.

**Developer response:** Thx we’re glad you like it!

### 5/5 — Great workout app

Love it. Tracks everything you do and the coach pushes you to improve.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4.6 — 2026-07-31

A more consistent app, plus better logging and progress tracking.

New
• Every slide-up panel now works the same way — swipe it down, tap the
dimmed area behind it, or hit the X to close. That's the workout picker,
rest-timer explainer, history stats, milestones, coach picker, and all
the settings sheets. Panels with a lot of content now scroll properly
  instead of getting stuck.
• Your session cards now show total volume for the workout, including
  bodyweight moves.
• The end-of-workout recap now appears on coached workouts too, not just
ones you log on your own.

Improved
• Cleaner number editor — the inline lb/kg and mi/km toggle is gone (that
choice lives in Settings), so you won't flip units mid-log by accident.
• Better log hints for moves without quick-log chips — cardio, planks, and
carries now show you exactly how to enter them, like "Log 27:00 · 1.5 mi."
• Your coach checks your history before asking for a starting weight, and
no longer asks for details that don't apply to cardio.
• Opening a coached session is a little faster.

Fixed
• Bodyweight sets now show as reps instead of "N × 0 lb," and count toward
  your total volume and reminders.
• Lowering the weight on a set you already logged updates its PR badge
right away instead of leaving a stale one.
• Coach replies no longer drop information from parallel lookups.
• Edits to a workout you're still in the middle of save reliably and won't
get rolled back by a background sync.

### 1.4.5 — 2026-07-18

Logging is free. Track every lift, set, rest timer, and PR — no subscription required.
• Tap-log a full session start to finish. A rest timer counts down and chimes between sets, a live clock shows the minutes left, and each set pre-fills your last numbers so one tap logs it.
• Hit a new best and you'll know it. New PR trophies and progressive-overload badges fire when you beat your previous best — including matching the weight for more reps — and a finish screen celebrates your records, volume, and streaks.
• Edit anything, anytime. Tap a set to fix it in place, add a set on the fly, or reopen a finished exercise to review your work.
• Log cardio and timed work cleanly, with a minutes-and-seconds keypad and the right fields for every kind of lift.
• Bring your history from apps like Hevy and Strong, keep the routines you want, and set your own weight jumps for free weights vs. machines so progression matches your gym.
• We fixed a crash some people hit when finishing a workout, plus duplicate-set edits and PRs that weren't counting.

### 1.4.4 — 2026-07-01

Mid-session flexibility, now built in. Swap out an exercise or skip it entirely right from your workout — your coach sees what happened and keeps things moving. A new + button lets you add extra sets on the fly without interrupting your flow.

We also opened up workout history import to everyone, extended how long your session history is kept (2 years), and fixed a weight tracking issue that could cause sets to log with 0 lbs.

### 1.4.3 — 2026-06-27

Small improvements

### 1.4.1 — 2026-06-27

Bug fixes
