After making several deposits and withdrawals without any issues, my account was suddenly frozen when I attempted to withdraw my money. They are now requesting additional personal information that was never required during my previous transactions. I have made it clear that I no longer wish to use the platform and simply want my remaining funds returned, but they still have not released my money. They insist that I have to upload more personal information before they can release my own money. This has been extremely frustrating and feels completely unfair.
