I did have some trouble with the verification process. The first support representative I spoke with was a little argumentative at first, although we were able to turn the conversation around. She told me the ID pictures I sent should work for verification, but when they didn’t, I stopped receiving responses. About 24 hours later, another support representative got back to me and suggested trying a different form of ID. Thankfully I had a picture of my passport, and that worked. Once I was verified, I was able to redeem my winnings successfully. I’m really glad everything worked out because I actually enjoy playing the games they offer, and they also give some pretty good bonuses. Overall I’ve had a good experience with the platform itself.
