Perhaps people don’t mind being interrupted, but I do. 1 additional star removed for constant in game mid spin interruptions. They continue to stop your spins to show ads or tell you that you have a bonus somewhere or points for this or that. I can’t take it anymore I don’t care how stable the platform is or how many game options they have. I was actually building a nice amount of chips. Today was the last straw. I played 1 game and my spins were stopped three times in less than 4 minutes to watch ads! Argh!! That is spinning maybe 6 to 8 times then watching a 40 second ad and repeat, then repeat again and again. I give up! This is not only counter productive for their business it is the most annoying aspect to any game. Imagine playing cards at a table with friends, and before each person can take thier turn you must watch a 40 second ad you can’t get out of. How long will you keep playing? The developer(s) of this app obviously needs money. It is a business, I get it. I have had successful businesses and now I am comfortably retired. However, the developer(s) of this app do not know how or maybe don’t care to learn how to properly control ads to optimizer player experience with the needed ads that help fund them. Golden Rule You don’t stop players from spinning to beg for something or advertise another app you developed. They have fun games and a stable platform, but when you spend more time watching ads and clicking the close icon for the unnecessary pop ups in the middle of spinning than you do playing the actual games something is very very off. Previous review I am an experienced slot game player of over 12 years of daily spinning. I am a Black Diamond player on Huuuge/Billionaire Casino. My device is an iPad Pro M chip 11” screen. This could have been a fun game, but they have some issues no one is willing to address. Each app has 5 possible stars to rate the experience. Awarded: 1 Star for fun games and the addition of new games. 1 Star for a stable platform and graphics. Reduction: 1 Star for customer support. Multiple request for account assistance over several months and not a single response. 1 Star for in game pops that include in game pop ups that will not always pause your spins while active and for pop ups that appear when exiting a game to select another that cause the player to close the app because there is no way to exit the ad. 1 Star for poor layout that limits views due to sticky views/static icons/graphics that will not move when scrolling the available games. They significantly reduce the viewing area that is further reduced because they tell you when anyone wins as a brief pop up. A player must wait for those to clear before continuing. Update: June 23, 2026 I have received a very thoughtful email from Jackpot Friends. They addressed the issues, and if/when anything is resolved I will provide an update. July 1, 2026 They are still interrupting game play! Every time they do it I close the app and won’t play again for at least 24 hours. It is possibly the most frustrating aspect of this game. If they do not fix it by the end of the month I will delete this app. Come on! No one wants to have an ad pop up while they are spinning on auto with no way to close it.
