I never received the new member rebate. I still don’t understand their reasoning. If I’m new and I get 100% rebate on my first deposits, why would I be denied? They can see when I signed up and made deposits but somehow I didn’t qualify. I’ve spent a few thousand and they can’t rebate my initial $250? I say stay away and play tang luck. I honestly don’t think an investigation was done into my situation. Because I can’t see how an investigation was done and they looked at my timeline of everything and I don’t qualify. Very unfair and dishonest. Update: I still haven’t received the rebate and customer service said it could take 3 business days or longer. I guess I need to take this as an expensive lesson learned.
