I lost a little money but I also won so this time I won big last Tuesday and I still haven’t seen the money. I have a cash app and I called Cash App and they did not see any activity or any pending deposit so hoping to God that this game is not a scam cause I really love playing. I’m a regular customer but every time I reach out, they tell me that they already sent it. They don’t understand why I keep calling Cash app and insisting that cash app has some connection with it which the money goes to Cash app so of course I’m gonna call Cash App you know to check my pending deposits so I don’t know. I am going to check and see today and maybe tomorrow but as of now I don’t see anything so if it’s a large payout, I’m real skeptical until I see it. I’ll believe it. I agree with another player on here. I am not going to lie, I have played quite a bit on $ through this app, I have lost big and I have won big. I am just about to reach VIP Level 7 which usually would come with better perks and better redemption refund percentage but now I am unable to play any of my favorite games or any of the games by their creating companies, I can only play games created for JackPot Nights and Innovative. It’s ironic that all the sudden I can’t play Kendoo or Playson slots and get an error message that says Betsoft < I get a complete different error message> B gaming slots will load but then it won’t let me spin and will show my SC account as having a negative balance even though there would be SC coins available. Im almost positive something is wrong or restricted on my actual account preventing gameplay and they keep placing blame on something outside of their control. I have messaged and asked for help time and time again through their supposed 24 hr support but get trash customer service support by way of automated AI messages! It has been over a week since I have had normal game play. I have messaged customer support and done all the things AI has suggested. I have asked for human support and continue getting the same disappointing AI response. It’s super frustrating and I would’ve hoped my VIP level would at least make it a priority to get my account back in working order. All they want to do is blame my device so I log into my account on a different device, Guess what? Same issue! They blame my network? It doesn’t matter if I am on my fiber internet connection or my cellular data, Same issue! They ask me to log out , log back in… I have logged out, deleted the app, reinstalled the app, logged back in…. Same issue with No resolution and no actual human customer support . After spending real time and money on this app, I finally tried to redeem my winnings — and the moment I did, they locked my account. A pop‑up claimed “unusual behavior,” but the only thing unusual is how they treat loyal players who follow every rule. I even received a confirmation message showing my redemption request was submitted and under review. Then suddenly, I’m blocked out, unable to access my funds or my account. I did a deposit of 20$, bet 0.2$ (20 cents) and highest win was like 1.10$ and lost all, then figured probably small bets and new so it’s warming up, added 100$, did 1$ bets. Put auto spin on for 50 spins, when they complete I had 58$ remaining, mean I lost atleast 42 spins out of 50 and only got 8$ out of the couple spins that did win. Then played that 58$ till 0 and highest win out of that 58$ was 11$ on a bonus (AGAIN ON A DOLLAR BET) then added another 100 just to see, and very quickly gone again, so this app will be deleted! My highest hit out of 220 dollars was almost 24 and that was on a 3$ bet after it had took almost 80$ with not even a full bet worth of a hit in between! also only managed to hit a bonus 2 times both to be about 10x.
