However, recently they've started removing Texas Holdem during the day on Saturday and not returning it until Monday morning. This has been going on for three weeks. Extremely frustrating! This makes no logical sense to me. Whatever problem you're trying to solve by doing this, can't be worth excluding your user base for nearly two days per week. Please tell me this is a bug. ### 2/5 — Problems *2019-08-14, version 5.5.3* Overall I like the app when it works, but lately I lose buy ins when the screen freezes and locks me out of the game. Very frustrating. Often I don’t even get an error message. No problems with any of my other apps, so it’s not my tablet causing the problems. I’m going to try some other poker apps. It also blows my mind with some of the cards I get they really stink and the other player from other country win a lot nothing against or country’s it makes me wonder about the creator where there from ### 2/5 — Fun but no honesty! *2019-06-27, version 5.4.4* Love playing people around the world. Like the way you can see your ranking, country, state or worldwide. Many times I get the same crummy cards I folded! The jackpot wheel would really generate excitement if all the winnings were actually available . But 85% of the time you get the same pot of just over what the buy in is. You see big numbers on the spin but they never happen! Bought chips, 8,000,000 disappeared . It took me 10 emails and threats from my bank to get them back and then they acted like they were doing me a favor! Love the fast pace, clean up the obviously skewed odds and get some real people that can help you at the end of a phone and you will make everyone happy! ### 2/5 — Fun, but not fair *2019-04-20, version 5.3.3* This is a fun game and I’ve played it for a couple years. But the way the cards are dealt and the game is played has convinced me that, contrary to the developer’s responses, the game is not played fairly. There are many comments about people being able to view your cards. I have no proof of that, but it’s suspicious. I’ve played over 45,000 hands. Here is what I have observed though. On almost every tournament I play I’m dealt both a 9/2 and a 10/5. On often multiple times during a tournament. So with all things being equal, I should see a similar number of deals of A/K, A/Q. It’s not even close. And when I say not even close it’s at best 25/1 and probably more like 40 or 50/1. So why do I think this happens? I’ve NEVER paid for any chips. I’ve used their watch their commercials way of getting chips. I believe they have an algorithm that’s watches that to try and force you to purchase chips. Here’s my response, I’m not going to buy your chips and because of the unfairness of the game, I’m going to play all my current bank then delete the app. It’s been fun, but I’m over the unfair application of the process. ### 5/5 — Foulodds *2018-12-30, version 5.2.2* I play everyday. I look forward to relaxing and letting my mind be taken over by poker rather the cares of the world. Great therapy! And I had $30,000,000. One day all that changed. I have a name that I had never had before and less than $2,000,000. What the he’ll happened??? I now have about $22,000,000 and hope it doesn’t happen again. I also had a rank of over 300. Now I’m nowhere near that. ### 1/5 — Rigged *2018-10-03, version 5.0.3* When you buy coins from this game. You start to lose so many hands to one outers it’s kinda of sickening. Like it’s okay that it happens once in a while because it’s poker but every time I have a big lead I start to lose when I have like 90% plus on winning the hand. It kept happening over and over. Not worth it to spend money on coins because it will make you lose it in seconds of playing. Most Rigged poker App on the market trust me! I definitely want my refund I spent on this fake poker game. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Bad beat city *2018-09-26, version 5.0.3* Have been a member for about a year making it to master class 3 without ever buying chips Then in the last three months went to novice after losing about 100 bad beats on river no chance 5% gifts Ie pocket queens Flopped trips Losing to some joker with king 7 off When runner runner Kings come up Once in a blue moon but a true joke How do so many people even stay in with crap It is not about being outplayed My guess is if you buy chips you get “better” cards The glitch of first hand pocket aces is a joke too Good while it lasted but not close to true poker when idiots can go all in with nothing and be rewarded consistently ### 2/5 — Bad Beat *2018-08-21, version 4.20.1* I get so tired of the Bad Beat! I won for a short period and felt so good, so confident in my strategy and then lose, lose, lose, lose, lose to Novice and Starter players while I’m Elite. So obviously than means nothing. This game is infuriating to say the least. I just want to be reckless, a jerk, the person no one wants at their table, and see what happens. Then I’ll delete the game and have my sanity back. This game should be fun but it isn’t. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Highs and lows *2022-11-14, version 6.2.22* The gameplay is nice. The graphics are good. The dealing of cards is especially suspect after you reach certain levels. If you don’t purchase chips, you’re not going to be able to play very long (weeks, at best) and it becomes very apparent that as you rise in rank, you lose more often. It has a lot a errors that sometimes kills your game, and at times your cards don’t “show” pre-flop. It’s just a very flustering experience the longer you stay with the App….If it weren’t for the ease of play and the graphics, this game would get zero stars. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. You can learn more about this on their website. ### 1/5 — Game has gone to pot *2021-12-17, version 6.2.13* This used to be a really fun game to play. Now 80% of the hands are really not playable. It also looks as though they pre-determine who will win. Way to many beats on the river and so many straights and flushes against me. I have spent over 5 million at 100,000 clips over the past week and a half and only have won little pots 4 times. Most of the pots are small now and hard to move up the ranks unless you play all day. ### 1/5 — Total Garbage *2021-10-15, version 6.2.11* This game is clearly rigged. I’ve sent multiple complaints to support because you can’t see your cards, you can’t fold, or you have to raise. They tried to say I was having “connection” issues. I told them my connection is just fine and when I asked if I would get my chips back, they went completely silent. I have the pictures to prove it, and I sent them, but unfortunately I can’t post them in this review. Bottom line, don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — I wouldn’t recommend *2020-08-16, version 6.1.1* I used to love this app. I don’t normally spend money on in app purchases but I did on this one several times because I loved playing it. Over the last few months, the app either won’t load or it will freeze in the middle of a tournament (which means I lose my buy-in). Losing a $10 million buy-in more than once is beyond frustrating. It’s not my internet or WiFi connection because none of my other apps do this. Really disappointed. ### 1/5 — Recent changes *2020-04-05, version 5.9.5* App used to be great. Latest change has days of only offering slots and other games with no access to actually play poker. Also when you play tournaments it’s rare to have higher pots. If it’s random why is the ability to win larger pots not available? I’ve been playing for 2 years and never ran across a large pot especially the jackpot. With the changes and jackpot amounts, it does not feel like play/winning is random or fair. Game used to be much better, but with the recent changes, I would not recommend. ### 1/5 — A great app ruined *2020-03-29, version 5.9.5* I have been playing this app for more than a year and UNTIL last Sunday, April 22, 2020, I would have rated it excellent. However suddenly last Sunday the HOLDEM options were unavailable. All I could access were the slot games. The HOLDEM options reappeared a day or so latter and were available until today, April 29. Whatever changes the developers have made changed the app from excellent to TRASH. They need to fix the problem and move the slot games to another app. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2020-03-21, version 5.9.5* I have never played a worse game. If you don’t play everyday you have no chance of winning. The deal is not anywhere as fair as advertised, I have lost a lot to the next hand and way to often. I played a player who won with a pair of bullets 7 hands in a row. Don’t waste your time, funny how after I left this review the game got worse for me, didn’t think that was possible but I lost 3 times as fast as normal. Never got a card higher than a 6 the entire game. ### 1/5 — This game freezes up constantly *2019-08-23, version 5.5.3* I have been playing this game for 2 years. I play the poker and first of all I agree with a lot of the our reviews the payouts are CHEAP! My game has been freezing up either from the beginning of the game, the middle of the game, or just when the game is about finished when I have 7 million chips and the other person has 500 thousand chips, you know you would of one, but there’s nothing you can do. One time I was in a 2.5 buy in game down to 2 people and I get this square box on my screen from poker stars saying we are shutting the game down to work on the game. That’s it, in 20 seconds it shuts down. I have wrote to these people at least 10 times at least to get my chips back that I lost, but they never respond back. They only like it when you buy their chips and the money is rolling in, however giving you back chips because they were having issues, they could care less about you. They won’t respond to this review either. I promise though if they ever refund me back my chips I will reverse my review and let everyone know what they did for me. Thanks to anyone who reads my review. Also I wish there was a phone number that I could reach out to talk to them, but I can’t find one, I’m sure they wouldn’t be able to keep up with all the negative calls anyway. ### 1/5 — Something is not right *2019-05-22, version 5.3.3* I have been playing this game for approx. 10 months. This is the most watched over game by it’s inventors that I have ever seen. Besides being highly addictive(I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game) you get “cheated” with hands that rarely should come up(4 of kind, straight flush) to beat your Full House and the game sends you a message saying “Bad Beat”. BS !!! Don’t believe Superstars comments that say they follow all rules for random fair play. That is an outright lie. They also have a wireless symbol that comes up and totally halts the game when you have a great hand. When you enter individual Tournaments, the wheel that spins to decide how much you will play for rarely goes over double your investment when the wheel has at least 10 other denominations of much higher value. The average good rating(4.6) that this game shows is totally bogus. I guarantee you. Which means the owner is tampering with the reviews. To top it off, I was entered in a tournament and the game froze as I consulted with the other players to verify. I lost the 2.5m chips I entered with and Superstars would not send those back after 3 emails with them. TERRIBLE GAME GO TO ANOTHER !!! ### 1/5 — I’d love to find these cowards *2018-12-22, version 5.2.2* You people read all of these reviews (or you claim). If there was 1 app, just 1 that actually didn’t cheat, then steal our money, then lie about it with these stupid generic responses, you’d be wealthy beyond your wildest dreams. I have installed and deleted every single app because they’re all the same play, with the same complaints, with the same response from you morons. So let me get this straight, the tens of thousands of us are all delusional and the dozen or so of you guys are right. All you guys have your stupid fake “fair play certificate” and that’s the story you stick to. Guys if we just stop playing on these stupid sites then they’ll fold up and be gone. Guaranteed to keep you happy! ### 5/5 — One of my favorites *2020-08-21, version 6.1.1* Pokers hard guys, if you are actually buying chips regularly then you need more practice. This is a straight up decent app and especially appreciate Omaha (the best I’ve had for that). FYI Been a member a number of years and only purchased chips once, just very careful. Jackpot is my favorite. The players are the best in the world, I am able to find any size table I want any time I want.
