I experienced severe lag when playing at maximum bets, and I lost a huge amount of coins on Blaze and Medusa Wrath. I contacted customer support several times, but I only received generic automated replies instead of a proper investigation. The event rewards also feel very poor compared to the amount of coins required. I no longer have confidence in this game or its customer support.
